How do I book in?
All new clients start with a consultation to find your perfect match.
You can then book your fitting directly with me.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, I require a non-refundable deposit to secure your fitting date. This amount is deducted from your total balance on the day.

When do I need to pay?
Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your fitting date or I may have to release the slot to someone else.

What if I need to change my date?If you give me enough notice, your deposit can usually be transferred to a new date.
However, last-minute changes or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Suitability & Colour

Is everyone a candidate for hair extensions?

Extensions are not suitable for everyone.
If your hair is very fragile, you have certain medical conditions, or you are experiencing active hair loss, I may advise against extensions. Your natural hair and scalp health will always come first.

How do you check if my hair is suitable?
At your consultation I assess your hair density, condition, lifestyle and goals in person before agreeing to fit extensions. This helps me choose the safest method and amount of hair for you.

How do you match my colour?
Your extensions are colour-matched in salon, often using a blend of shades to create the most natural result. This helps your extensions blend seamlessly with your own hair.

Do I need my colour done before my fitting?
Please arrive with your usual colour done before your fitting appointment. I don’t carry out colour services myself, but I’m happy to work alongside your colourist so we can achieve the best match for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

How much notice do I need to give?
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client.

What happens if I cancel late?
If you cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, your deposit will be kept to cover the lost time.

What if I don't show up?
Missing your appointment without any notice means your deposit is lost, and I may require full payment upfront for any future bookings.

What if I’m running late?
I offer a 10-minute grace period.
If you arrive later than this, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure I stay on time for other clients.
Maintenance & Aftercare

Maintenance appointments are required every 8 weeks for all methods to keep your extensions secure, comfortable and looking their best.


At your fitting, you’ll also receive a full, easy-to-follow aftercare PDF so you know exactly how to brush, wash and style your hair at home.
How to look after your hair on holiday, gym, swimming and everything else you need to know about how to look after your hair.

This helps protect your natural hair and your extensions, and sets you up for long-lasting, beautiful results.
