Privacy Policy

The only information I hold on clients is Names, Phone Number, Address, Email, Medical History (hair related) and services carried out. We obtain this information by asking you, filling out consultation forms and information from previous services.

I will only ever use this information to contact you about appointments and your services previous or future. 

All information is recorded and stored on our booking system and consultation form application which are secure.

The only person who has access to this information is Bella Dolls Hair Extensions (Laura Hooper).

Your information will never be passed on to a third party and is solely used for your appointments. 

Bella Dolls Hair Extensions will not provide or sell any of your information to third parties.

Communications

Bella Dolls Hair Extensions will sometimes contact you with regards to services, special offers and new products.

You will be given an opportunity when you fill out your consultation form to opt in/out of any communications.

Complaints

On the very rare occasion you are unhappy with your extensions please get in touch asap within 30 days of your fitting.

My priority is for you to be completely satisfied from start to finish.

 

If you are not happy with the service you have received please tell me before leaving or as soon as possible once you have left.

If you have already left the salon, please do not go to another salon as I have the right to see and assess your hair.

If you alter your hair elsewhere or leave your complaint after 30 days then I will not be able to offer any sort of resolution.

Booking Fees & Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS 

If you are needing to amend/move/cancel your appointment you must give 72 hours notice. 

Your deposit will be moved to another day/time, once.

If less than 48 hours notice is given your 50% deposit is retained and you will need to pay another 50% deposit to secure another appointment. 

If less than 24 hours notice is given or you do not show for your appointment, you will be liable for the total cost of the appointment. 

This is payable before any other appointments are booked for you. 

A refusal to pay the cancellation fee will mean removal from Bella Dolls client list and you will no longer be able to book an appointment.  

Your card will be charged for the total appointment cost by the card on file in the booking system. (I have no access to card numbers or details ) 

*Amend : changing the amount of hair fitted

If you are cancelling due to covid, you will need to send proof of a positive test to waive any cancellation fees above.

CONSULTATIONS

Please ensure you come to your consultation with your hair colour you are happy for your extensions to be matched to. 

if you have an uneven or faded colour it is recommended to have your hair coloured to ensure a perfect match. 

If you come to your consultation and you are still yet to have your hair coloured or you are wearing extensions you will need to book another chargeable consultation as you will need another appointment. 

I can only give you a final price on the colour I am matching you to as the price is dependant on shade. 

If you decide to book in for a fitting then the total cost of appointment is due upon booking. 

This can be paid via card, bank transfer or via klarna. 

 

HYGIENE 

Please attend your appointment with washed, clean, dry and straight hair. 

I will not work on unclean hair and your appointment will not go ahead. You will be charged for the full appointment. 

This includes consultations, removals, fittings and refits. 

 

PLUS ONES 

Please do not bring friends/family/children/babies to the salon with you to your appointment, 

If you arrive with a plus one, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to pay the full appointment cost inline with the cancellation policy. 

 

LATENESS 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, the service will be cut short and the full appointment cost will be due. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the total appointment cost will be due in line with the cancellation policy. 

I can only allow 5 minutes lateness for a consultation as the appointment is only 30 minutes long. 

If you are anymore than 5 minutes late then you will need to reschedule the consultation at your own cost.

PROPERTY LOSS/DAMAGE

It is your responsibility to take care of any personal belongings you bring into the salon. Bella Dolls Hair Extensions accepts no responsibility for any damage/loss unless it is due to a member of staffs carelessness.

PRICING AND APPOINTMENTS

Whilst Bella Dolls Hair Extensions aims to ensure that all prices, descriptions and available dates are correct, we may make an error. 

All prices are a rough guide and a final price will be advised on consultation. This is because you may need more/less hair than you think and a method that you would like may not be suitable. 

I ensure that the online booking system is up to date and correct but errors may occur.

FAULTS WITH HAIR

If your hair extensions appear faulty due to a quality issue you must report this within 7 days of your fitting. 

Human hair is a consumable product and if any faults do occur it will be within 7 days once the hair has been washed/styled. 

The hair has to be removed by myself in full and sent back to the supplier for testing. They will test for products used, hair quality and heat/colour damage. 

Hair must be removed within 7 days of notification of any faults so no further damage can occur. 

Under no circumstances must your extensions be removed by any body else. 

Any hair extensions that have been coloured/chemically treated, even the use of purple shampoo are instantly void of their guarantee.

All hair must be the same colour and style.

Hair is not considered to be faulty if there has been poor aftercare by not using the recommended products/and or aftercare advice.

AFTERCARE

Full aftercare is given to you via email in the form of a PDF.

I only recommended the use of products specifically formulated for hair extensions. These are available to purchase from me at any point. 

I refuse the right to any complaints if you have not purchased the correct products for your hair extensions to maintain your hair extensions. 

Regular supermarket shampoos are not good for your hair as although they may say "sulfate free" there are fillers within the products that are not good for hair extensions. 

These products include - Tressemme, Herbal Essence, Pantene, OGX, Aussie, Loreal.

They contain high levels of chemicals that will dry your extensions out.
